Service

Service is an important part of our operation here at Mt Nittany Wheelworks. We make every effort possible to offer prompt, professional service. When you bring your bike to us, we will give your bike a thorough check before you leave, give you our recommendations and making sure that you understand what work will be completed. We strive to turn every repair around in a day, but this can vary depending on work load, parts availability, warranty issues, etc. Because of this we do our best to keep you informed on the status of your bike at all times. Below are our general labor rates. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call or email, we will be glad to answer your questions as best we can, but sometimes it works best to just come on in, we don't bite. Also, we can do repairs by appointment, so feel free to call us if you need to come into town and don't want to make two trips.

Shop labor rate is $35/hour. Any fraction of an hour will be pro-rated, with a minimum labor charge of $5.
